Jonathan drives business transformation in engineering, operations, financial and human capital development. This includes building effective management and field level teams, hiring and mentoring specialized top tier technical and senior level personnel, employing a leadership style that fosters collaboration and instills a shared vision in corporations.

Early in his career he performed as a Nuclear Engineer, Radiological Engineer and Production Manager at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard involved in Aircraft Carrier, Submarine, and facilities/support systems maintenance and testing.

In 2001 Mr. White was selected by the Office of the Secretary of Defense to attend the Department of Defense Executive Leadership Development Program to study military operations and policy. The objective is to prepare a cadre of leaders for executive level decision making positions. This also provided an enterprise perspective of joint military operations.

Jonathan worked with major defense contractors as a Senior Consultant in performance of program management and other vast engineering and modernization efforts.

In 2008 he joined DHS USCG working several top tier modernization efforts providing strategic support to personnel and various senior leaders. His most notable accomplishments were Senior Advisor to the USCG Commandant transition team and standup of the Director of Operations Logistics Command. This was the beginning of major transformation efforts.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from NC A&T State University. He is a certified PMP, LSS BB, ITIL v3 as well as a certified facilitator of Covey’s “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People”. He enjoys spending time with family, volunteering in his local church and surrounding community charities.
