This task order’s scope and technical complexity demands standard processes, tools, and templates to enable effective risk management, performance management, project management, and acquisition. It also requires standard processes and controls to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with external stakeholders and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) among internal providers enable effective management of C5I services, project management governance, services, support, and performance (through metric accounting) will align our services to the Deputy Commandant for Mission Support (DCMS) Mission Support Business Model (MSBM).
We will facilitate industry techniques such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to drive service operations by strengthening program authority and governance, proactive problem identification, creative issue resolution, and overall program stewardship. Tasks include:
