OPS Consulting was awarded its first prime contract to support the Health, Safety, & Work-Life Service Center Command. Contract is a 5year award, September 2023 – 2028 executed in Norfolk, Va.
OPS Consulting will provide Program Management and Business Analytics to assist with the future Coast Guard’s Health, Safety, Operational Medicine, and Contingency Service Lines organizational design. This will include HQs, Operations, Mission Support and Service Center alignment, applying the enterprise application of Strengthening Program and Technical Authority for successful implementation of Command programs. The contractor must be qualified and employ industry techniques. This effort requires the ability to manage and integrate numerous functions, processes, policies, and performance management systems.
The system interfaces and ability to gain program and technical authority is critical as requirements represent the essential blueprint to design, develop, test, and implement within our programs. The scope and technical complexity of the project demands proactive problem identification, creative issue resolution, and overall stewardship of the programs.
