The Transportation Training Development (TRANS-TD) Division of the CASCOM Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM), Training Development Directorate (TDD) mission is to produce course content for both the design and development phases of the Training Development (TD) process. This involves creating all course documentation (instructional materials, tests, student evaluation plan, etc.), Program of Instruction, Course Management Plan (CMP), Course Map, and courseware. Critical tasks from these courses form the foundation for developing all POIs that TRANS-TD Division develops.
OPS Consulting will Develop training products identified and input them into the Training Development Capability (TDC) database during the year of this contract. Additionally, TRADOC is fielding the Instructor Resource Model (IRM) component of the Course Resourcing Model (CRM). This fielding requires a review/revision of all TRADOC’s active Programs of Instruction (POIs) and Lesson Plans (LPs) in the Training Development Capability (TDC) tool to ensure the POI/LPs meet TRADOC Regulation 350-70 standards and incorporate the new IRM data fields. To meet fielding expectations, the contractor must provide all development within TDC, initiated with the CRM option turned on for review, revision, or creation of new materials.
Our SMEs are responsible for acquiring concurrence from ArmyU on all ITARs and lesson plans submitted; ArmyU reviews training materials and provides either a concurrence, a concurrence with comment, or a non-concurrence with comment. Any comment necessitates revising the training product and resubmitting it for concurrence to align with TRADOC guidelines and obtain acceptance from Government SMEs.
