The contract, over a five-year period, will provide program management support services to perform Organizational Restructuring, Business Transformation, Performance Measures and develop the service centers Strategic Direction.
As an experienced service provider to the USCG, OPS Consulting will provide industry expertise and best practices to the HSWLSC, whose primary responsibility is medical, safety and work-life services to mission support and operational personnel.
