Jonathan White, Founder

The thought of building something that would have a generational impact has been a goal of Jonathan’s since childhood. Growing up in Philadelphia taught him grit and exploration as he navigated college at North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro. He obtained an internship in Knoxville, TN, and eventually became employed as an engineer at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. This led to Jonathan’s growth in engineering and additional professional sectors such as operations, finance, and human capital. He believes in building strong teams, mentoring top-tier talent, and fostering collaboration with a shared vision to achieve the objective.

He began his career as a Nuclear and Radiological Engineer at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, performing maintenance on various Navy assets and facilities. In 2001, Jonathan was selected for the Department of Defense Executive Leadership Development Program. This program was designed to develop a cadre of senior professionals, placing them in academic and experiential roles to gain insights into the interoperability of military operations.

He later served as a Senior Manager in the Navy’s Human Performance Center and as a Consultant for large and small defense contractors managing complex technical and modernization projects. In 2008, Jonathan transitioned to DHS working with the USCG.  He played a key role in several significant transformation efforts from 2008 to 2018 and decided to launch his government contracting firm in January 2019.  Jonathan holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and various certifications, including being a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is active in his local church and community, serves on non-profit boards, and enjoys family time with his wife and two daughters.
